Refund Policy

We offer full refunds if you cancel your plan and request a refund within 14 days of your latest payment. If you request a cancellation after 14 days, no refund will be available, but you will have access to the system until the end of your subscription period. Shopify Integration Feature Terms:

  • Data Access: Upon installation of our Shopify app, we gain access to certain information from your Shopify store, including products, variants, order history, and customer information.
  • Order and Customer Data: We only store necessary information from orders and customers to provide analytics on sales performance and customer behavior. This includes order details and customer names and email addresses. No customer data will be sold or contacted.
  • Opt-Out Features: Users have the option to delete their store data, including orders and customer information, through our opt-out feature. Additionally, we support customer data deletion requests in compliance with data protection regulations.
